Naomi Garriock is a Glasgow-based artist who received a BA in Drawing and Painting at Edinburgh College of Art in 2003. Garriock’s practice includes a variety of media, ranging from painting to participation activities. As well as her solo painting practice, Garriock is Basic Mountain, a gallery and project space, and works internationally across all levels of art education, and consultancy in museum learning and programs. Recent works exhibited and commissions: Collective Gallery; Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop; Edinburgh Art Festival; Glasgow International; Embassy Gallery; New Contemporaries; and the Royal Scottish Academy.
