Self portrait, 2023
Growing up queer in the Highlands under section 28, a law that prohibited the promotion of homosexuality, the artist found an interest in the other. In this self-portrait they set out to explore this "otherness" in regards to identity, in way to shine a light on aspects of our own contemporary society around us.
