“Unity” focuses on two facts about human beings: we are embodied and in relationship. To be alive we need to be a body, to be alive we need to relate to others; our greatest challenges and our greatest joys flow from this. “Unity” recognises that we are in a digital global world (it’s a piece of technology) but also reminds us of the joy that is felt when we are connecting with our embodiment. The individual is free to be anywhere, breaking down the barriers of location, origin and language, but they are able to connect and even communicate through the simple act of movement.
